Dr Wardlow and her nurse were excellent. Then I needed to get bloodwork done and was given a hassle because I have a Humana Advantage plan. Since you went to Mercy One I have had issues with you and my insurance. We have excellent insurance with no co pay. I had to go to another location to get my bloodwork done to find out that you use Lab Corp and is approved by my insurance. I have full coverage in network and out of network. Get this insurance issue resolved!

I am not going anywhere! I love Dr. Wardlow and would follow her if she ever left. She starts excepting patients at 16 I believe so my daughter will also start seeing her once she is of age shortly.

Dr wardlow and her staff have gone out of their way to help me on numerous occasions, and Dr wardlow sent me directly to the emergency room on an offices for my eyes in my gallbladder was gangrene and infected and they said I wouldn't have lived two days if I hadn't got right in there when she sent me in..
They took their time with me so i understood everything

I did have to return to get my 2nd shingles vaccine- was surprised at the cost of $62 for administration fee. Think I will consider other options when possible.
